Emergency Maintenance

The following items are considered emergencies:

  • Lockouts, or unable to secure your unit
  • Fire (call 911)
  • Smoke or CO detector alarm sounding
  • Flood
  • Building damage
  • No heat or electric
  • Smell of gas
  • No water
  • No hot water
  • Clogged drains and leaks
  • Sparking outlet
  • Clogged toilet or shower / bathtub
  • Refrigerator not working (All other appliance repairs will be addressed during normal business hours.)
