The following items are considered emergencies:
- Lockouts, or unable to secure your unit
- Fire (call 911)
- Smoke or CO detector alarm sounding
- Flood
- Building damage
- No heat or electric
- Smell of gas
- No water
- No hot water
- Clogged drains and leaks
- Sparking outlet
- Clogged toilet or shower / bathtub
- Refrigerator not working (All other appliance repairs will be addressed during normal business hours.)
