Living at VIDA for the past three years has been a great experience! The location offers the ability to walk downtown, Park Ave, or a quick bike ride to Corn Hill. The apartments are modern and full of natural light, and the amenities—like the rooftop, gyms, and garage parking are terrific. The leasing team is professional, responsive, and always go above and beyond. The property is beautifully maintained and feels safe. Most of all, the community is welcoming and friendly, making VIDA truly a wonderful place to call home!

I truly love living at VIDA. I’ve been here for the past three years and have been so happy. The location is beautiful, and the building is gorgeous, and in a super vibrant and walkable area of the city. Maintenance is super friendly, helpful, and prompt, and the management team is super responsive, helpful, and deeply involved with community life. Our building is always quiet, and I love my neighbors. I’ve been so happy living here, and am looking forward to many more wonderful years!

In terms of the apartments, you can’t go wrong. VIDA has so much natural light…it’s bright and happy. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. I recently got a puppy and there are quite a few residents with dogs. We often say hello and chit chat. Being here is a really nice change. The leasing and maintenance staff have been amazing. I ran into the leasing manager while out shopping and we hugged and chatted like old friends. I feel like I’ve known them all forever and that if I ever need something they don’t hesitate to help.
